We're the Warming Hearts Foundation, founded on the principle of reducing pet homelessness. The founders of this organization, the Wisham family, began rescuing animals more than twenty years ago and still continue this to the day. We believe that if we all work together, we can help reduce pet homelessness. How can we work together you may ask, simple: educate others on the importance of pet adoption and the responsibility that comes along with pet ownership. We hope to accomplish this with our website and going forward.
